Appears fair and formal during the hearing. Talks to you like you are 6 years old at times. Has already made up his mind before you enter but will ask you questions, look you dead in the eyes, and may lead you to believe he may favor your case. He uses top notch VEs. He absolutely cherry picks from your doctor’s notes to support his views. Will eventually find many “not credible”. Reiterates other’s points in his denial. Relies on the testimony of social security docs whether they have seen you in person or not. Writes up an almost airtight denial to prevent remands. He’s tall, voice is powerful and forceful at times; that alone can be intimidating. He has a piercing gaze when he stop typing and reading to look at and listen to you. I was sure he would deny until the end when he spoke done words of hope, but I got a big denial in the end. You better be on death’s door or in a wheelchair before you are approved under this alj.

I haven't gotten a decision as I had my hearing yesterday. He was very respectful and listened well. I needed to stand after sitting for a while and he was okay with that. I believe that he will look at the facts . I think he will base his decision off the facts that my attorney brought to him and my testimony. I have heard horror stories about some Judges seemingly having already made a decision. I believe Judge Milanese is going to be fair and honest.

How do you allow this judge to serve the people. Very one-sided unfair. Not looking at facts and not fair at all. Why... If anyone has him as a judge just be prepared to do a appeal...

Judge Murray was fair and listen attentively to my concerns when it came to fighting multiple sclerosis. I would like to thank him for just listening and being fair when it came to my case.

Judge Dula acted with speed and care to judge my mother's case. We are so appreciative for her quick actions to a rather laborious process.

I have a hearing with Judge Robert T. Jackson this week and I am glad that he was assigned to my claim. HE is very intelligent judge whom knows the Social Security Disability process very well. As a former JAG attorney with the U.S. Military his experience at assisting veterans with Disability claims and litigating cases is overly exceptional and I would recommend this judge to another for any other legal matters that Judge Robert Jackson may accept. Not sure how the election process goes but I will research ways to keep him on the docket for ATLANTA/DOWNTOWN/ALJ Social Security Officer

Judge Flowers violated judicial codes by "playing doctor" during my hearing. I have multiple severe disabilities that are well documented. She decided that in her "opinion" she "didn't see the active symptoms of my disease which was appalling and hurtful as I SUFFER every day! She is not a doctor, yet she took on that role! I understand not all cases will be awarded in favor of the claimant, nevertheless it was disheartening. I see her denial rate being higher than nearly ALL combined. Georgia puts anyone on the bench and she is a sad testament.
