He was a very uncaring man who seemed to turn what I tried to say in the exact opposite. He viewed what he wanted to and was very rude. But then again why should he care it's not his livelihood that is on the line! I am an honest person that simply needed to be heard and he used his "position" to try and intimidate me. Seems cruel and uncaring.
