I am truly amazed that the Honorable Judge Anne Sharrard is still allowed to decide the fate of the disabled especially since in my case she never at one time even appeared to be paying attention to what was going on. She had me sitting thru the hearing when I was in so much pain I stood for about the entire hearing. She had an employment specialist , that could have been her mom or just a faceless friend, whose jobs I were given, when googled did not even exist. The same fake jobs that I was told during the hearing were so plentiful there were over 10000 of these fake jobs available. I don't understand and will never understand why these currupt Judges like he Honorable Judge Anne Sharrard are not held accountable for what they have in there report. I can't help believe that there are bonuses if they reach a certain percentage of denials regardless of how may lives she destroys . But after all I guess with her when you are born without feelings I guess money is a huge incentive to destroy lives as long as it doesn't affect her and instead makes her life a lot brighter

Doesn't matter
Unfair Judge, who is rude. Sided with me against his own Vocational witness and yet found my case unfavorable!! Agreed there are NO jobs I can do, but then came back with the exact jobs he said I couldn't do to his Vocational Witness. Used My Grandparents were sick and he used it against me because I went and sat with my Grandfather while home health nurses were there so I could make sure he was taken care of properly. Yet he stated over and over that I Cared for my grandparents. I did nothing more than sit in a chair!!!

She, first of all never pays attention to what you are saying and pretty much denies you before you even enter the room

Very unfair. This Judge is using doctors reports against me. Doctors who will only write down a small portion of what I said, omitting supporting evidence and inserting the word "work" onto my activities without any consequences. The doctors reports are three years old. I need a pacemaker for my heart. Denied again by this judge. He even ignores his own expert witness (vocational). Vocational expert testified at my hearing there were no jobs for someone with my condition. Yet the judge lists two different job codes into my denial.
