This judge threw out the findings of 5 doctors and sided with a doctor named Rosemary Greenslade. Dr. Greenslade was upset with me because I forgot the paper From SSA for the exam, so she said that everything has healed. Less than 3 months ago judge Musseman said that anything that was wrong with me was now healed and that my RFC was medium. Had he ruled with my FCE and found that I could do sedentary to light work then they couldn't find any jobs for me so of course he used the only rating he had which was medium and sent me away with several ailments and no income. He also threw out my FCE something you can't fake and was payed for by the government and he still threw it out because if he agreed with the FCE then I would have received my disability. So here I am in under 3 months since my hearing that I now have to have surgeries. I think he's a racist and he definitely wrote many false staements. He used words to disprove science but he is incompetent in many areas. I know he's a judge but he's human first and in no sense of the word is he a doctor. I hope I never see him again! If you read this and think differently that is perfectly fine but you will change your mind the moment you meet him.

I was denied what was thought to be a certain winning case, with certain proof to back it all up. Going before this judge, I felt like I was taking up his "valuable golf time" and was barely heard. My lawyer said it was "bad luck" that we drew this judge- a person's life should NOT be "luck of the draw"!
