Judge Michaelsen killed my Sister. She was denied disability by him, and he refused to use much of the Medical records provided by her Doctor. She had worked her whole life up until her disablilty. She had paid into the system all her life. On Aug. 7th, she committed suicide because of his decision. She had lost all hope, lost her home, and felt she could not go on. Her husband then shot himself in the head and joined her. Their lives are ruined. This man has no business being a Judge. He should be disbarred. Our family will be forever broken because of what he did to someone that came to him for help in her hour of greatest need. I can only hope that someday, the same horrible fate happens to him as a result of the Karma he so richly deserves. I know we will never forgive him! He is heartless.

Intimidating, rude, condescending, very harsh, consistently interrupts the lawyer and myself.

This judge did not base his questions on the facts in the case; nor did he ask questions about issues he found in my medical records. Worst judge in the state he bases his judgment's on his own opinion instead of the facts.
