My wife went before Judge Marcy back in November 2019. The vocational expert sided with our attorney. My wife can barely walk, torn meniscus and other impairments.ALL reports supported this. YET he denied her claim. Nice guy, but he got this one very wrong. Not a fan of him. Not sure about his thinking. We will be appealing this as he failed to review and consider all evidence. THIS WAS A INJUSTICE. He failed our family.
