Judge Hess has my upmost respect. For five years I have battled trying to survive by not being able to work related to my disabilities. Without going into a bunch details, I would just like to say that Judge Hess restored my faith in humanity and our judicial system. This was a very long and hard for me. Judge Hess is a very fair and respectable judge. He was excellent and it's been my experience that I wasn't always treated with the respect Judge Hess gave to me. Thank you Judge Hess for reviewing all my medical information and approving my benefits. I also thank you Judge Hess for the respect and care you show for people. Life doesn't always turn out the way we may have planned but I thank God for crossing my path with Judge Hess during a very hard time in my life trying to survive and deal with the decline in my health. It's people like Judge Hess that make this world a better place to be. Thanks again Judge Hess and may God bless you. It was a blessing to me to have had the honor of meeting you. I can't express enough how thankful I am to have sit before you.

Well he just denied me too and in the explanation gave little or no weight to my medical doctors but gave a lot of weight to the state medical examiner and psychiatrist for which I have never seen and not sure if I ever even talked to them on the phone. He pretty much called me a liar! How does he know what I live with on a day to day basis. I guess telling the truth in this day and time gets you nowhere anymore but being called a liar. I'd say with this guys record, I'd just forget it. You won't get it.

Judge Batson is a true gentleman. Likes to hear a good opening statement and he seems to treat you fair and is very respectful to you! He shows his concerns for your ailments But... You'd better have good evidence. He approve my disability. I had very good med records! The most considerate judge I have ever faced! I like him a lot! Kent
