I went in nervous after my previous denials sometimes you just feel hopeless and extremely depressed. Well Judge Ellen Budh she is very knowledgeable, understanding, and I felt as if I was sitting next to my best friend on a park bench having a conversation rather than pleading my case. I have an extremely high amount of respect for her because while shes compassionate and understanding, shes also very thorough, reads your case file prior to your hearing. So when you walk in she already knows and reads all your documentation. Shes making sure what you say, how you compose yourself matches what shes read. And you can tell shes extremely smart, observant, and can see through any bs someone may try and pull over her eyes.
