Judge Rosenbluth is a efficient professional human being that insist on ensuring the accuracy and honesty of any situation through research and documentation. In spite of great backlog her attempt to understand a matter is precise and diligent. She (Her Honor) is in fact a judge for the people, appointed by the people.

Today I had my hearing with Judge Richard T. Breen. He was kiind, courteous, easy to talk to, friendly, mild mannered, not intimidating. He made the atmosphere for what I assumed to be daunting not daunting at all. He gave me all the time I needed to answer questions and offered me extra time to add any extra information about myself. While I do not have an approval or denial at this time, I felt quite confident and comfortable with Judge Breen.

Judge Dunn was very professional. She asked me a number of questions that I would deem very reasonable. Judge Dunn was fair and allowed me to maintain my dignity. We are fortunate to have a Judge like her on the bench.

Judge Hoffman was pleasant. She did a great job referencing doctor records and asking questions accordingly. I did feel she was a bit scattered, jumping from one question to another which didn’t allow me to fully finish answering. I hope that doesn’t impact her decision in a negative way and that my attorney asked enough questions to close the gap.

The hearing took about 1/2 hour and we mostly heard from a Doctor reviewing my medical history. Judge Reason seemed fair.

The Judge was not threatening at all.The courtroom setting was comfortable. She worked hard to make sure that all information was received by all parties involved and that everyone could hear. In her interview of me she was direct but no pushy. Overall the experience was good

DO NOT STRESS.......My hearing was last Wednesday 3/7, and I was very nervous going into the hearing room. It was unwarranted anxiety, as Judge Reich had a professional and kind demeanor throughout the efficient, yet thorough hearing. When asking me a question, Judge Reich took the time to stop, look me in the eyes and actively listen to my answer. This put me more at ease and made me feel more comfortable throughout the hearing. Thank you, Erik

I had never been to a hearing before and so I didn't know what to expect. Apologies for the late posting but I've been overwhelmed with my situation to post this sooner. On 11.2.17 I was there for my husband's case. Judge Fleming was on time and did not rush me. I found him to be polite, calm, and allowed me to be relaxed and thoroughly heard. My husband and I feel he will be fair, and we await his decision.

I am not familiar with hearings as I have attended very few, and so I was a bit apprehensive, but my hearing experience with Judge Fleming was above my expectation which is the reason why I wrote this review along with the rating. While it helped to have my attorney with me, my impression of Judge Fleming was very positive because of his relaxed and calm demeanor in how he asked the multitudes of questions, as well as how he examined and asked for clarification(s) around some of my answers. And he conducted the hearing in way that I felt was thorough, engaging all of the attendees when and where relevant (e.g. my attorney as well as the occupational expert on call). So in closing, I feel I had a very fair ability to express myself, and that all things will be fairly considered in reviewing my case, which is all I could ask for.

Evelyn Gunn is a lot like C. Thomas it seems, ignorant, incompetent and lazy. Please add to this description, rude, dishonest and a very lazy minded judge. HOW OR WHO MADE HER INTO A ALJ???

I was very nervous about the hearing. We wait years to get here and then it is finally the day! I was very impressed that Judge Biesman was so familiar with my medical records. He said I was going to get a Full Favorable Decision. I am very lucky to have had a judge who knew the seriousness of my physical condition.

Judge was very late, walked in court room with a can of soft drink, thought she was not sensitive to lack of ability to hold down a job, due to my workplace injury. due to pain and inability to stand or sit for limited times. there was one question judge asked..$300.appeared on my tax form....I remember after interview, it was from me attempting to work for AT&T I passed all the pre employment tests. but could not pass the probation period, due to production, mobility and nerviness' in the work place.. and that is what the $300 represent bac in the mid 2000's
