After fighting since 2010 with a judge that had it sent back due to giving no weight to ALL my doctors info, must to have them repeat exactly what they were supposed to fix, I was amazed at judge Menard....he had a medical expert for the hearing , which was never done, AND he actually had gone thru the case file and knew the info....I am forever grateful for finally getting a judge who played fair instead of feeling they should play God

Judge Merrill wouldn't approve a deaf, blind, quadruple amputee let alone someone with mental health issues. He's going to get an honorable mention in my suicide note. I hope he gets removed from the bench. Forcibly.

I have a son that is disabled and upon one of the many disabilities he has Fer response was" I understand that children that Spinal Bifida Occulat lack the ability to defecate on their own." Then she continues on with the hearing at which point I explain to her that my son has severe asthma which interferes with him being able to be involved in any physical sports. I get a denial letter in which she states that my son is able to attend physical sports with his asthma. She clearly does not listen nor make sense in her .
