With all respect Judge Janet Mahon my intentions is not to cause no more problems than the ones you already deal on a daily bases. First of all I will submit an investigation regard how you allowed to make decisions on cases out of your jurisdiction and also allow Myer's Disability see it inside your court without the proper evidence and spend 8 years back and forward to state in your decision that my wife only saw her primary care physician only 3 times when actually the Champ VA which is a Federal entity had paid for more then 15 visits seeing her PCP doctor when the case should have been seen in Polk County since the initial of the address where the case was initiated should have been seen in United States District Court of Bartow or the District Court of Tampa, Fl. we did moved to Clermont under the Lee County and again you allowed to accept the case in Orange county not being within your jurisdiction, then we brought a home in Hernando County and we appealed the case and again you happen to violate my wife civil rights by making a decision on hearsay and omitting more than a list of doctors stating the disability of my wife, which still suffer from medical conditions. You mentioned that all 3 PCP Doctor's did see her sufficient amount of time to make a decision of her disabilities but failed to ignore a total of more then 13 additional doctor's prognosis of her disability and we took this to the Federal court where they made a decision based on what the so called "Attorney" subside without any objection on your poor decision that even belonged indie your court to begin with. Due to the fact that she had a pro bono representative was very vague in even challenging on our behalf for what ever odd reason or quid pro quo. I as her husband of my wife who have been by her side all along this case feel that a fair case was not even rendered due to that case commenced in the wrong foot to begin with by not being legally inside your jurisdiction. That said I will pursue within the Federal agencies to look into your motives with microscope and find out why did you proceeded to ignore my wife medical evidence where we have plenty of bills paid by ChampVA from the Veterans medical program, a big list of all types of specialties Doctor's that was ignored and never mentioned in the Disability evidence and a laundry list of Primary Care Physician's Doctor's who she also been seeing for more than 8 years and 1 year in half prior from her work comp, which wasn't either taken into consideration nor the multiple operations that she went through and that still continue to face due to her disability.

Judge Walker is the most unjust, callous, unremorseful narsassist that was given the power to ruin a disabled persons chances to ever get the help they rightly deserve. Get him away from those god like decisions Strip his authority so he can't hurt any another less fortunate person.

According to the judge a miracle happened and I am no longer disabled. In reality I am suicidal, rarely leave my home, I'm in chronic pain and on 12 different medications. I guess she feels you are only disabled if you are missing limbs.

She is fair, kind and very thorough with your case in the hearing. Despite I was extremely nervous and having a panic attack, she was kind, patient and has compassion. I do not know if my case was approved or not but I do know she had all the facts and explained everything so I could understand the process of the hearing. All I can do is wait and respect that what her decision is/will be, her decision is based on the facts and information given to her.

I went to my hearing before ALJ Statum. I was given a CD to review and see if all my medical records are on it. I mentioned to the ALJ Statum that some important records are missing, including my current treatment. The ALJ promised that those records will be obtained before she delivers her decision, which she said will be in 2 months. Almost 5 months after my hearing, I receive a denial decision. After reading through the entire decision, I realize that ALJ Statum never ordered and obtained my current / recent medical records as promised in the hearing. She states "Claimant has not had any treatment recently, and she does not take any medications", which is completely false. I am in limbo and under tons of stress as I am looking for a representative to help me file for an appeal!!! TOTALLY DEVASTATED!

His judgement was rediculus. The statements made were either prejudicial or he was insane when he made them. A 62 year old being able to lift 50 lbs many times in a 6 hour period with a bad knee and back. Being able to walk 6 miles with a bad knee. He just made a bad judgement period probably because of prejudice.

she was so nice and she took the time to listen to what you had to say. She has a heart to hear what you have to say. She dose not judge you on what problems you are telling her. B ut at the end she has to judge you on what she has heard.

Hey Judge Mahon I think that you made a mistake when considering your decision. I am not pleased with the decision simply because I know MY pain and I know that I can't perform any of the duties that the jobs required just like the vocal man said.I love to work I've been working since I was at the age of fourteen. I don't understand why its so hard to receive the money that we've worked so hard for so if you would please look over your decision again. By the way you were an amazing judge and even though I didn't have a lawyer God was my representative. Thanks in advance!

Judge Montanus was very patient and considerate with me. She seemed to be interested in what I had to say. I had no lawyer and I am sure I made it more difficult for her at the hearing but I never got that feeling when before her. She has not made a decision yet but I am just relating my experience with her at my hearing.
