Judge Walker is the most unjust, callous, unremorseful narsassist that was given the power to ruin a disabled persons chances to ever get the help they rightly deserve. Get him away from those god like decisions Strip his authority so he can't hurt any another less fortunate person.

According to the judge a miracle happened and I am no longer disabled. In reality I am suicidal, rarely leave my home, I'm in chronic pain and on 12 different medications. I guess she feels you are only disabled if you are missing limbs.

She is fair, kind and very thorough with your case in the hearing. Despite I was extremely nervous and having a panic attack, she was kind, patient and has compassion. I do not know if my case was approved or not but I do know she had all the facts and explained everything so I could understand the process of the hearing. All I can do is wait and respect that what her decision is/will be, her decision is based on the facts and information given to her.

I went to my hearing before ALJ Statum. I was given a CD to review and see if all my medical records are on it. I mentioned to the ALJ Statum that some important records are missing, including my current treatment. The ALJ promised that those records will be obtained before she delivers her decision, which she said will be in 2 months. Almost 5 months after my hearing, I receive a denial decision. After reading through the entire decision, I realize that ALJ Statum never ordered and obtained my current / recent medical records as promised in the hearing. She states "Claimant has not had any treatment recently, and she does not take any medications", which is completely false. I am in limbo and under tons of stress as I am looking for a representative to help me file for an appeal!!! TOTALLY DEVASTATED!

His judgement was rediculus. The statements made were either prejudicial or he was insane when he made them. A 62 year old being able to lift 50 lbs many times in a 6 hour period with a bad knee and back. Being able to walk 6 miles with a bad knee. He just made a bad judgement period probably because of prejudice.

she was so nice and she took the time to listen to what you had to say. She has a heart to hear what you have to say. She dose not judge you on what problems you are telling her. B ut at the end she has to judge you on what she has heard.

Hey Judge Mahon I think that you made a mistake when considering your decision. I am not pleased with the decision simply because I know MY pain and I know that I can't perform any of the duties that the jobs required just like the vocal man said.I love to work I've been working since I was at the age of fourteen. I don't understand why its so hard to receive the money that we've worked so hard for so if you would please look over your decision again. By the way you were an amazing judge and even though I didn't have a lawyer God was my representative. Thanks in advance!

Judge Montanus was very patient and considerate with me. She seemed to be interested in what I had to say. I had no lawyer and I am sure I made it more difficult for her at the hearing but I never got that feeling when before her. She has not made a decision yet but I am just relating my experience with her at my hearing.
