Judge Troope was very kind and personable. Although I have not received a decision, this judge seemed very fair and caring.

I was called to be a witness for my sisters hearing set before Judge Bauer, and I found Judge Bauer to be very attentive, respectful, diligent, with a genuine interest in hearing my sisters case. He conducted his hearing with compassion and sensitivity, affording us the opportunity to feel comfortable in speaking freely regarding (“in-house”) sensitive matters, but he was strong and thorough as he asked all the hard questions in a linear fashion. Again, making it easy for us to communicate. Although the circumstance has been extremely hard for my sister to endure, she felt safe being herself and open to his honorable Judge Edward T. Bauer, as did I. Very professional and fair Judge.

judge McKenna is a fair and very just judge. He seemed genuinely concerned about each case he heard and not treat each case as just a number

Regardless of what he decides on my case, he seemed to be a very fair and reasonable Judge, patient and understanding. I enjoyed the deposition and meeting him via satellite.
