Just received my denial letter. Fabricated lies all through his explanation of denial. He thinks that I won’t take this anywhere but he just screwed Himself big time. I have copies of ALL of my doctors notes that say OPPOSITE of his claims. In 30 minuets he dismissed the chief of Neurology at my hospital and my physiatrist notes and treatment as if he knows better than them. He put quotations around supposed words that I said that aren’t even part of my vocabulary. Be careful if you have this liar but after I appeal and show proof of his lies to the board and my congressman he may no longer hold a position.

Judge Wolfe was very thorough, professional and easy to talk to. I could tell by the questions she asked that she had reviewed my case page by page. She went through each diagnosis very carefully. Asking me questions about each of them. Diagnoses that I had not remembered to list for my attorney were found by her in my records and she asked for additional records for these. I guess with my memory lapses I had left a few issues out and she caught them for me. I was worried that because of memory issues that I would not be able to answer her questions thoroughly. She asked detailed questions that jogged my memory enough to answer. She made the hearing easier for me to navigate and so I could give her the information she needed.
