Want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Judge Mary P. Parnow for her fair decision on alleged overpayment claim. It was the first time that appearing before a judge for a Hearing with no experience and not much familiar with the rules. Thanks to Lisa I Pagan, the Hearing Office Director for providing well documented Exhibits with guidelines that helped me for presenting sound evidence at the Hearing. Judge Parnow and her team deserve admiration for their hard work and dedication.
