Today I received Freedom Of Information Request FOIA No.13-149 from NY State Workers Comp.Board Record Access Officer. On decision hearing 6/4/1999 Judge Gale made a decision findings and directions & requested OOT & Associates be removed off notice. I called NY State Workers Comp.Board & requested the complete name of Judge Gayle the WCB Judge. I was advised his name is Honorable Robert E Gayle which is a SOCIAL SECURITY ADM.LAW JUDGE FOR ODAR in Syracuse,NY. Because of the issues with Social Security Adm. ( I got SSD after WCB69709892 injury to me) Issue question raised " Conflict of interest with Honorable Gale being my Worker Comp.Judge for WCB69711246 case & being a Social Security Adm, Law Judge.
