Regardless of the decision; I felt that Judge Cindy Martin was very informed. That’s high praise coming from me! I wasn’t sure what to expected; she didn’t seem to have deposed very many cases (not sure if she was just new to the area or new to the job); either way, she did her home work and was very thorough!!! I felt that she listened and that she had read my file completely!! More importantly, she even ca something in my medical records that was contradicting ! I feel that Judge Martin will make a informed decision and that anyone who goes before her with. A legitimate claim that is well documented will be awarded due process. Not to mention; it pays to have a disability lawyer who is well informed also and who will work work to get y justic.

Judge Kristof is of the highest integrity of any judge I have known throughout my career. He gives his total considerable to every case and his experience is reflected in his fair and concise decisions. He deserves the highest respect and is not a politically influenced Judge. I sincerely hope he will be recognized and continue to advance in his position with Social Security. Honesty and Integrity are of the highest priority in our government today.
