I don't agree that someone with such a high denial rate should still be doing this! This shouldn't be allowed! Please step in and allow this man to be more peaceful in his heart, with his life, and with his job!

How can there not be laws against Judge's manipulating medical records and blatantly lying about what they say? This Judge did that the 1st hearing & when the Appeals remanded his decision, we were given the same Judge the 2nd Hearing. Despite all of my husband's medical records/Dr.'s endorsing the validity of his disability, this Judge lied, again, in the 2nd Denial. I question this Man's sobriety and his ability to do what he was sworn in to do. His work is sloppy & it amazes me the law doesn't stop this man from breaking it. Our family has suffered the loss of my husbands ability to provide physically & financially for his family as an accomplished Plumber along w/ emotional damage caused from years of trying to follow the system. I pray the Federal Court can undo the mess this Judge has caused & I pray this post will encourage something to be done about this Judge's injustice.

Afetr having Mr Buell decide my case and reading his decision, I find that he either doesnt pay attention or because he is more inclined to deny a case that his own personal feelings have too much influence over him making the right decision. As a tax paying american I had expected to be granted my case because I truly do have a disability and have the paper to prove it, yet he didn't even comment on it. I believe Mr Buell is doing a disservice to the American people and to the SSA.

a person who's thing about doing harm.
I would'nt even rate her. how can you look over 26 health almients, and still denaled someone. my file was not througly look over. And most of all you have to wait over 400 days days to hear a fat NO, I lost everything. People need to know how people feels. She and her crew are awful. I wish the shoe was on the other foot!

I think this judge is very fair in judging a disability case,if you would just go in with honesty and truthfulness she will see that. She was a good listener in my case, she allowed me to say what I needed to say and take it in to consideration she weighed the facts and found me to be disabled. Thanks judge!

Handy man without work
I feel that each ALJ should be required to take a polygraph exam every year as to the credibility of their decisions. If they knowingly overlook medical evidence in records in order to find some reason that they denied a claim. I know for a fact that this is true being one of his victims in his lies and assumptions. Then when seeking a Federal Lawyer to sue him for slander, I found they are exempt and people can not get justice in the legal system. Nor can the Social Security laws be reasonably expected to be enforced in this twisted legal system when Administrative Law Judges like this can preside.
